Last November, Food and Wine Magazine proclaimed Chef Mitch Prensky’s amazingly delicious Pastrami Fried Chicken as some of the best in the country. It’s hard to argue with them.
Now, Chef Prensky of South Street’s Supper is making it easier for guests to order his expertly fried birds with the addition of Fried Chicken Tuesdays.
Starting Tuesday, July 17th, and running every Tuesday thereafter, Chef Prensky will be serving up his famous Pastrami Fried Chicken for only $25 per couple.
Diners will receive a half bird, their choice of one side dish, along with two flour biscuits. Side dish options will rotate based on availability from Supper’s partner farm, Blue Elephant. Expect to see farm-fresh sides like Kale Slaw or BE Farm Potato Salad.
The deal will be available all evening, every Tuesday, to which we proclaim: winner, winner, chicken dinner!
