We told you a few weeks back about some of the great culinary events happening this spring and summer including the 2012 Great Chefs Event, set for Tuesday, June 12 and tickets are now officially on sale.
The event, now in its seventh year, is a huge deal, featuring a stellar lineup of participating chefs dishing up their fine fare for the benefit of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and the Vetri Foundation for Children, founded by super-chef Marc Vetri to support youth and funding research into children’s medical issues.
It’s a chance to get up close and personal with some of the most notable chefs from around the entire country like Tom Colicchio, Masahara Morimoto, Jonathan Waxman and our own Jose Garces, Michael Solomonov, Joey Campanaro, Dan Stern, and, of course, Marc Vetri.
Overall, renowned chefs will be traveling from New York, Chicago, L.A., even Italy to bring their best bites to Philadelphia.
The Great Chefs Event will once again take place at Urban Outfitters Headquarters in The Navy Yard.
Tickets to the 2012 Great Chefs Event are now on sale. The event is expected to sell out as in past years, so be sure to reserve your spot. Get tickets, starting at $300, online.
