If art and craft cocktails are your thing, then you won’t want to miss the Philadelphia Art Alliance’s “Curated Cocktails” series on July 10 and 17, held in the brand-new Rittenhouse Tavern.

The July 10 session will kick off with a cocktail hour from 5-6 p.m. in the bar at Rittenhouse Tavern. From 6-7 p.m., guests will head into the Art Alliance’s galleries for a talk and tour with artists Jennie Shanker and Julie Courtney who will discuss “CENTERpieces,” their curatorial project involving a geodesic dome, bungalows and vernacular structures in the Catskills.

The July 17 session, meanwhile, is all about summer drinks. Guests will join Rittenhouse Tavern General Manager Daniel Elliott and Executive Chef Nicholas Elmi as they share some secrets for preparing savory hors d’ouevre and classic summer punch cocktails. Cocktails will be served from 5-6 p.m., followed by a tour and demo in the galleries from 6-7 p.m.

Sounds like a pretty great way to spend a Tuesday evening to us! More info right here.
