This Thursday, May 12 Birchrun Hills Farm and and Tired Hands Brewing Company are teaming up with Di Bruno Bros. for a special, one-night-only tasting menu. This seated, five-course meal starts promptly at 6 p.m. and will be held upstairs at the Chestnut Street Di Bruno Bros. location. Cost is $45 per person in advance, $50 at the door.
The food will be prepared by Chef Rob Sidor and will feature the cheeses and beers produced by the two featured producers. After the tasting, diners will have the opportunity to speak with Birchrun owner Sue Miller, Tired Hands owner/brewer Jean Broillet and Chef Sidor.
