Springdale Farm Market

One of the only remaining farms in suburban South Jersey, Springdale offers area residents a chance to eat hyper-local.

In 1949, the Ebert family purchased Springdale Farms, then located on a farm-dotted dirt road in Cherry Hill. Today, Springdale is the only remaining working farm on the street, but it’s become a local institution. The Eberts grow more than 30 varieties of produce and invite customers to visit for pick-your-own strawberries, pumpkins and other fruits and vegetables.

Year-round, the on-site market sells fresh fruits, herbs and vegetables and locally made candles, jellies and honey, while the bakery prepares homemade apple cider donuts, pies, cakes, muffins and pastries, reflecting whatever produce is in season. Hayrides, corn mazes and other holiday events make it a destination for seasonal celebration.
