Sly Fox Brewing Company

Groundbreaking micro-brews, served up in cans

Caught up in the beer buzz of 1994, Pete Giannopoulos left a job in corporate sales to found his own brewpub and restaurant in a Phoenixville stripmall. The success of Sly Fox’s beers in statewide and national competitions spurred on experimentation, leading to more original beers, more off-site sales and a demand for a larger brewhouse.

Today, the full-scale brewery bottles and cans 15 varieties, spanning a summer saison to a Christmas ale. Two pubs and an annual Bock Fest and Goat Race event that draws some 2,000 beer lovers have established Sly Fox as a stalwart in the local beer scene, and a favorite inclusion for savvy draft lists.
