“Bridging Piedmont and Philadelphia”, an evening with Slow Food International Executive Director, Paolo Di Croce, Wednesday, September 7th at World Cafe Live.
Slow Food International has chapters and projects around the world and on Wednesday, September 7th, Philadelphia will have an opportunity to learn about Slow Food’s important work defending the biodiversity of our food and protecting gastronomic traditions throughout the world.
Slow Food Philadelphia will host Paolo Di Croce, Slow Food International Executive Director, for a wine and cheese reception at the World Café Live from 5-7PM, $20 advance tickets are required to attend.
The wines served will be from Piedmont, Italy, home to Slow Food International headquarters, and the cheese, provided by DiBruno Brothers, will be a showcase of local, regional, cheeses from Philadelphia.
