Celebrate the lush farmland and rolling hills of Chester County at the 4th Annual Bike Fresh Bike Local ride September 23. The event begins and ends at Victory Brewing Company where participants are invited to toast their rides with Victory’s stellar brews while enjoying a lunch featuring locally grown ingredients.

Bike Fresh Bike Local welcomes riders of all abilities with a choice of three different routes–a 25-mile ride, a 50-mile ride and a 75-mile ride. Where to Bike Philadelphia recently featured the 50-mile route as one of their favorites in the region.

“Our riders consistently tell us that this is one of the most beautiful routes they’ve seen and that our refreshments are unsurpassed,” says Marilyn Anthony, PASA’s Eastern Regional Director. “We are fortunate to partner with Victory Brewing Company, a longtime sustainability advocate, and of course, a fantastic brewer!”

The $40 advance registration fee includes a BPA-free, biodegradable water bottle; well-stocked rest stops; a locally sourced lunch and one beer (for riders over 21) and 25% off purchases at Victory’s retail store for the day of the ride.

Bike Fresh Bike Local Chester County benefits PASA (the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture), and takes its name from the Buy Fresh Buy Local ® national educational campaign which works to connect thoughtful eaters with local food sources.

Register today! Advance registration ends 9/21/12. For more information, visit the PASA website or check out the event info below.
