Philly Te Ama (one of our sister programs) launched a new project today and we’re so excited to tell you about it. It overlaps with what we’re trying to do here at Philly Homegrown and we’re just tickled pink. They’re doing a video series and the first one is an interview with Chef Guillermo Tellez. He’s the executive chef at Square 1682, the still-newish restaurant in Philadelphia’s Hotel Palomar. In the video, he speaks about the things that influence his cuisine and his commitment to local foods (we’re delighted to learn that he’s an avid home gardener).
Thanks Philly Te Ama, for making such a terrific video. We can’t wait to see what you come up with next!
