Executive Chef and owner, Anthony Marino, grew up working at his family’s pizzeria in Runnemede, NJ. Inspired by his parents, Chef Marino pursued the culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America. After graduating and interning at New York City’s three-star Michelin restaurant, Le Bernardin, Marino spent seven years as co-owner and Executive Chef of Philadelphia’s Gia Pronto.
Dreams of starting his own operation have come to life in the new Marino’s of Mullica Hill. Recently opened this summer, the Marino family keeps to their tradition of serving farm-fresh ingredients and warm customer service. Diners can choose from a variety of pizzas (make-your-own or original recipe), refreshing salads, sandwiches, soups and seasonal specials.
Chef Marino crafts distinctive seasonal plates, such as this season’s peach pizzas and panini. Using freshly harvested peaches sourced from New Jersey, Brie, speck ham, lemon-herb vinaigrette, mozzarella, basil and honey—the peach pizza is a must-try!
