A few months ago David Fields, seasoned restaurateur, opened a.kitchen in Center City to rave reviews. Head Chef Bryan Sikora, formerly of Talula’s Table, assembles intricate dishes of contemporary European and American cuisines. Located in the heart of Rittenhouse Square, at the AKA Hotel, a.kitchen’s central location and small, open kitchen offer patrons a unique and intimate dining experience.

Influenced by flavors of France, Spain & Italy and wholly dedicated to using locally sourced ingredients, Sikora’s cuisine is both savory and sustainable. Dishes include smoked haddock served with gnocchi gratin & summer squash, as well as favorite: beets and broccoli rabe with honey yogurt.
