Headhouse Square Farmers’ Market Opens to Rave Reviews

This last Sunday morning, the bell rang promptly at 10 a.m., signifying the opening of the 5th season of the Headhouse Square Farmers’ Market. It was gorgeous spring day (the kind that have been rare in Philly recently) and all the market-goers were in a celebratory mood. This market season seems to be shaping up to be one of the best yet.

But you don’t have to take our word for it! The couple known as Messy and Picky were there and was food blogger/Market Day proprietor Gil Ortale. Click those links to see what they had to say. And, for even more Headhouse goodness, check out the set of photos we took while wandering the shambles.
