This Wednesday, June 22, Old City’s Fork Restaurant (306 Market Street) is launching a Sustainable Dining series with a goat-themed dinner. Chef Terrance Feury will prepare a three-course menu that will feature Hand Rolled Gnocchi with Goat Fricassee, Grilled and Braised Baby Goat and Goat Yogurt Panna Cotta with Berries.
Special guests at this event are Bruce Weinstein and Mark Scarbrough of Goat: Meat, Milk, and Cheese, a cookbook released this spring to much acclaim. Seatings start at 5 p.m. This special menu can be had for just $45.
