One Village Coffee is a relatively new Philadelphia-based specialty roaster that is dedicated to providing a good cup of coffee that was farmed in a sustainable way. They are concerned as much with the working conditions of the famers in Africa and South America as they are about producing bag after bag of perfectly roasted beans.
Each variety of coffee bean that One Village imports tells a story; the efforts of a farmer and the culture and geography of a region. The flavors preserved in each of the 12 ounce bags of freshly roasted beans are intense and specific to the land where the coffee tree sprouted. One Village Coffee is shipped within a single day of roasting so that the freshness and flavor is guaranteed.
One Village is dedicated to engaging with their community (that means all of you from Connecticut to Ohio to DC) and so organizes a multitude of coffee tastings each year so that coffee lovers have a chance to taste a few new fresh brews.
