In 1994 Ken Finn and Mark Edelson’s simple homebrews merged with restaurant entrepreneur Kevin Davies in the creation of Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant. Since those humble beginnings in Newark, DE, Iron Hill Brewery has been striving to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Not only is the beer uniquely delicious, Iron Hill Brewery has delicious food! The “fresh-from-scratch” New American cuisine showcases a variety of options. From hearth-baked pizzas, to Iron Hill rootbeer floats, there’s a little bit of everything. Iron Hill even offers gluten-free items for adults and kids!
