Fairmount Farmers’ Market Opens Today!

At 3 p.m. today, the Fairmount Farmers’ Market will kick off their season at 22nd Street and Fairmount Avenue (right by the Eastern State Penitentiary). This beloved neighborhood market features vendors like Livengood Family Produce, Orchard Hill Farm, Countryside Bakery, Wild Flour Bakery (we love their beer-infused yeast breads) and Sunny Side Goat Dairy. Look for Renaissance Sausage, Market Day Canele and My Better Butter to appear on an every other week basis as well.

You’ll find this market in this location now through November, every Thursday from 3 – 7 p.m.
