Slow Food Philadelphia has teamed up with the Restaurant School to bring a series of seminars to the city that allow participants to taste and learn about a variety of food and drink. Next Wednesday, January 19, they’re bringing Tom Baker, owner and Master Brewer of Mount Airy’s Earth, Bread & Brewery to do a session on the various styles of beer.
He’ll bring along six different styles of beer, including three that he brewed himself. This event runs from 7 – 9 p.m. and tickets are $20 (plus the nominal service fee charged by Brown Paper Tickets). You can purchase your seats by clicking here.
