Jin-Ja
A healthful tonic of ginger, citrus and spice that tastes great alone or with a shot of Maker’s Mark.

Putting their shared fondness for wine to work, civil engineer John Skrip and his schoolteacher wife Pat founded Clover Hill Vineyards and Winery at their home in the Lehigh Valley in 1985. Two decades later, their children have joined the business and Clover Hill is now producing some 65,000 gallons of wine annually, including traditional European varietals like riesling, pinot grigio, sangiovese and vignoles.
Clover Hill also produces several nontraditional sweet wines, rosés and sparkling wines, including a distinctive Blackberry Sparkler. Clover Hill is open to public visitors and hosts regular events and tastings on the premises. Wines are available at six satellite locations, including the Breinigsville winery, Robesonia, Allentown, Reading, the Lehigh Valley Mall and The Plaza at the King of Prussia Mall.
