Take a cue from the Philadelphia Flower Show and get a taste of the good life, as Hawaii brings its culture and flavor to Philadelphia this month during City Food Tours’ “Hawaiian Flavors of the Flower Show”.

The delectable event, inspired by this year’s Flower Show theme “Hawaii: Islands of Aloha,” takes place Wednesday, March 7; Friday, March 9; and Saturday, March 10, each day from 2-4:30 p.m.

Grab a ticket for $49 online and take a seat at Smokin’ Betty’s, which is within walking distance from the Convention Center.

Treat your taste buds with delicious eats such as a Five-Chocolate Tasting, an exotic tea tasting including green tea infused with jasmine, black tea and herbal tea, classic fish tacos made with Mahi-Mahi, or else sip on a refreshing, tropical Mai Tai.

If that’s not enough, the owner of City Food Tours Eric Matzke will host the event, lending his knowledge on the Hawaiian culture and his experience as a member of the Flower Show exhibit team to give tips, behind-the-scenes facts and even lead a lei-making workshop.
