Bar 210 at Lacroix is converting their customers into gin drinkers by incorporating seasonal ingredients into their cocktails. The following cocktail is bursting with those green flavors associated with spring.
All Things Green
3 oz Hendricks Gin
1/2 oz absinthe
1/4 oz chartreuse
1 oz green puree (bibb lettuce, tarragon, mint, and basil)
1/2 oz yuzu juice
splash simple syrup
Combine all ingredients and shake together until combined. Serve on the rocks.
