A Workshop on Producing Food for Profit

On Tuesday May 3 an entire day (9:30 am-4:00pm) will be devoted to enhancing the skills and knowledge of small Philadelphia business owners. This “Food for Profit” workshop will be sponsored by the Penn State Cooperative Extension and The Enterprise Center. Discussions and lessons will be centered on how to start a food-product business, especially for products packed for resale at nearby restaurants and stores.
